Werfen Group began its activities in 1966 as a distributor. To fully pursue its vision "Constantly invest to challenge the market dynamics" the group actively involved in manufacturing activities - beginning 1990. The first company to be acquired as part of this strategy was IL, allowing Werfen Group a strong position in the diagnostics market. Today 7 companies represent the "manufacturing" part of the Werfen Group.
